Is it just a refresh, or has a careful eye been placed on the details of the property, similar to that of a boutique hotel? We're looking for properties that look to go beyond the standard refresh.
Renovation vs New Build

Is your property an original build from 1940-1970, or is it a newer build? Motiques™ are traditionally from the mid 20th century. While updates are typically expected, the property itself shouldn't be a complete new build.
