Some History
Originally opened as the Town Home Motel in the 1960s, this property lay largely vacant before re-opening in 2024 under the name The Local Motel & Shops. Local designer Jordan Iverson led the restoration, preserving the exterior-corridor layout while injecting vibrant, art-forward interiors that celebrate Eugene's creative spirit.
