The Lighthouse Motel & Cottages is one of only a few remaining 1950s drive-in motels in Nova Scotia. Under new ownership and management since Spring 2017, all 15 air-conditioned units have been completely renovated creating a boutique lodging experience along the LaHave River.

Built in 1957, the mid-century style building that was known back then as “Richards’ Lighthouse Motel” and was touted as “a luxury place at popular prices.”
