The Property

This retro boutique hotel has uniquely decorated rooms that include all the modern comforts expected in a Palm Springs Hotel. The 10 rooms surround a central pool with a hot tub and fire pit for relaxing evenings. The 11th room, is outside the courtyard with a private sitting area and entrance. Be transported back in time from the music played around the pool to the retro décor and furnishings throughout the property.

Lively Downtown Palm Springs is a compact hub that draws crowds with eclectic shops, the Walk of Stars, and the Palm Springs Art Museum, home to 2 sculpture gardens and a performing arts theater.

Some History

Built in the 1930’s, our property has quite a bit of history. The architecture is typical of Palm Springs and it has the unique feature of a Bermuda style roof around a quadrangle courtyard.

The Mira Loma, as it was known previously, was established in 1938 and was a relaxing hideaway for such notable guests as Marilyn Monroe, Veronica Lake, Gloria Swanson and Hugh O’Brien
