It is inspired by the atmosphere of the 1950s roadside motels, but with contemporary styling, luxury linens, and seamless online check-ins, all catering to the values of the modern traveler.

Some History
The Nightingale Motel has a rich history in Pagosa Springs dating back to 1898 when the main house was built after the town’s incorporation in 1891. Following that Dr. Mary Fisher set up the town’s first medical clinic in what is now the Neon Mallard Bar. From the 40’s on, additional cabins were built for travelers and it has welcomed guests as Morehead’s Modern Cabins, Harvey’s Motel, and the Pinewood Inn. In 2019 after extensive remodeling we reopened as The Nightingale Motel and Neon Mallard Bar.
